Very VERY slow!!! Takes forever to get your food. There has been several times they have forgotten to give me my whole order. I have to check before pulling out to make sure I have everything and most of the time I have to correct them because they've made something wrong or forgot something. I ate at another TMs and it was much better food and service.
Coffee was delicious and hot. The service was fast and friendly.
We didn't realize that we walked in right before closing (we were traveling), but they still served us with smiles on their faces and were super apologetic about being out of a lot of stuff. They didn't even mention they were about to close until after we ordered and made us feel like we weren't inconveniencing them in the slightest, even though I know we must have!

Stood at the register for 5 minutes at Tim Hortons while the 3-4 people working helped one customer with a dozen donuts. Nobody said so much as good morning or we'll be with you shortly.
